Hilda Salvador, the Owner and Provider of Broadview Senior Care Adult Family Home, LLC has more than 22 years of healthcare experience in a variety of settings including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Hospital and Home Care. Hilda is a Certified Nursing Assistant since 1996 and has received specialty training in Dementia and Mental Health Care Services. She has extensive home care experience back in Hawaii as a Community Care Foster Family Home Provider and Primary Caregiver for more than a decade, from 2004 to 2015. She and her family moved to Washington State in the Spring of 2015 and continued the Home Care business in Seattle. Caregiving has always been her passion. Today, Hilda continually helps the elderly in providing the highest quality of care and services.
As the provider at Broadview Senior Care Adult Family Home, LLC, her responsibilities cover the overall operation of the home, such as to supervise the duties of staff/caregivers and to communicate with the residents, case managers, resident’s representative, and medical care providers. She is also responsible for making sure that each resident’s daily needs are met and for maintaining a safe environment for them. Moreover, She resides in the home and is available 24/7.
Louie Salvador is happily married to Hilda since 2002 and also lives in the home with the residents. Louie is a Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) and has been working in the geriatric setting since 2005. With more than 14 years of healthcare experience, he helps manage the business and takes part in the day-to-day operations at Broadview Senior Care Adult Family Home, LLC.
We have a Registered Nurse who is also a Nurse Delegator who does medications review and updates, sees assessment for skin and vital signs, and does 90-day nurse delegation and supervisory visits. We have qualified caregivers who are Certified Nursing Assistants and staff members who have undergone a thorough hiring process. All of our caregivers and staff members meet the minimum state requirements, including training in fundamentals of caregiving, CPR, First Aid, Dementia and mental Health, criminal background checks and TB clearances. In addition, each caregiver will go through an orientation covering topics such as:

- Fire and Life Safety
- Communication Skills
- Special Needs of the Residents
- Infection Control
- Resident’s Rights
- HIPAA Law
- Prevention of Elder Abuse
- Food Handling
- Nurse Delegation
- 12 Hours of CEU credits annually
